To use certain features of the Service (such as saving or curating content), you must register for an account. We use Clerk to handle authentication. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. User Content & Ownership
3.1 Your Content
"User Content" refers to any text, links, images, notes, or other materials you save, curate, or post on My Best Findings.
- You retain full ownership of the content you create and save. We do not claim ownership rights over your User Content.
3.2 License to Us
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. This includes storing your data in our databases (Neon) and media storage (Cloudflare R2).
3.3 Public Content
If you choose to make your collections public, you grant other users of the Service a non-exclusive license to access and view your public content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of the Service (including bypassing Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Scrape or automatically harvest data from the Service without permission.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party tools. Your use of these tools is also subject to their respective terms:
- Clerk: Authentication services.
- Google Generative AI: AI-assisted description and tagging features.
- Cloudflare: Security and storage services.
- Neon: Database services.
We utilize these services to provide functionality, but we are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of these third-party providers.
6. Affiliate Disclosure
We believe in transparency and honesty. My Best Findings participates in select affiliate programs. This means that if you click on certain links to products or services and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
Important: We never recommend products solely for the purpose of earning a commission. We only link to tools and resources that we have personally vetted, trust, and believe will provide genuine value to you. Our primary goal is curation and utility, not monetization.
7. Intellectual Property
The design, interface, logo, and code of My Best Findings are the intellectual property of Kerekes Hunor. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.

For Users in the EU: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, My Best Findings and Kerekes Hunor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) Your use or inability to use the Service; (b) Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Romania.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
